Raven’s best friend, Eddie, gets his driver’s license, and he decides to buy a car with Raven and Chelsea. Raven and Chelsea boss Eddie around by creating a "voting" system -- tilted in their favor—and even painting their beloved car pink. After being their valet for too long, Eddie takes a drive to the countryside by himself. Sheriff Jefferson (Tim Reid) arrests Eddie on suspicion of being "The Pink Bandit", who is responsible for a string of recent burglaries in the area. Eddie enlists Raven's help, and she a disguise to assist her friend. Back at home, Stanley sells Cory cologne that he says will attract girls, but it turns out to attract dogs.

When Kuzco creates Kuzco Allegiance Day, Mr. Moleguaco assigns a class project where one student is emperor for a day. So Malina is chosen to randomly draw who will the emperor. When Kronk is chosen as the emperor for a day, it teaches Kuzco that being a peasant is harder than it looks. But when Yzma finds out that Kronk is emperor, he has Kronk tell Kuzco and the rest of the students that they have to bow down to him. However, Kronk fires Yzma. So she helps Kuzco and Malina wear down Kronk with the one thing an emperor hates the most.

However, his daughter Angelica disappears on a walk in the park with pregnant partner Lucy. Bruno's torn - he has to find her, but he must stop the wedding. Will he make it in time? As a radiant Joly steps out of the wedding car, Matt sheds a tear - he is about to marry the woman of his dreams. But his moment is shattered when he sees Joly has invited his mum. He didn't know they'd even met - has she told Joly the truth about his past? Chanel's invited thuggish boyfriend Jimmy to the reception to make Rees feel jealous. Things soon get out of hand when he tries to force himself on her in the backyard. Rees rushes to the rescue but it's Cash who proves a match for Jimmy. He plays the hero, ensuring Jimmy won't hurt Chanel again and scoring big brownie points all around. When Bruno finally turns up at the reception he gives Matt an ultimatum - tell Joly the truth, or he will. Matt knows what he's got to do - but is he going to end up losing everything?
