Jenny Rivers returns with a scoop on Dr. Terror. She disguises herself as a man and joins one of Terror's training camps, with some help from a former mercenary named Kaska. She and the other recruits stage an attack on the Centurion's testing grounds.
MaCross wants to own the Texacota valley, because it has oil fields, and decides the best way to go about this is to re-enact a Godzilla movie, using the giant sleeping Bronto Bear, and substituting Texacota for Tokyo. The bear, decidedly unhappy about having its winter hibernation disturbed is on a direct course to the city, and it's up to the rangers to give the big lug a sedative and get it back to the Arctic where it belongs while the law enforcement in Texacota handle crowd control.

MacGyver goes to the mountains to lead four ex-gangster teens on a Phoenix Foundation funded rehabilitation trip. When he gets there, he finds that this task may be a little more complicated then he thought. All of the kids are very rebellious and one of them has a bad grudge against another one. A couple of days later when MacGyver is returning with the kids, their plane crashes in the middle of the wilderness and one of them is injured. Now, MacGyver must fix the plane and help the kids work out their differences so they can save their friend.
