At President Kennedy's request, Raynor flies to Vietnam to check on the increasing political problems plaguing the region. (Lifetime) Pres. Kennedy sends Sarnac to Vietnam to meet Pres. Diem, evaluate the situation and investigate charges that Buddhists are being persecuted by the ruling Catholics. His driver in Saigon, a woman named Quan (Sun), tries to explain how the Vietnamese feel about hundreds of years of foreign control and a repressive government. She later disappears and is suspected of being a Viet Cong. (unattributed)

Henry calls the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), but Punky panics, saying that she doesn't want to go to an orphanage, so Henry promises Punky that she won't have to go to an orphanage. The DCFS sends Miranda ""Randi"" Mitchell, who takes Punky away from Henry. Randi takes Punky to Fenster Hall, a home for kids up for adoption. Randi later returns to Henry's apartment and tells Henry that there hasn't been much progress in finding Punky's mother Susan, who may not want to be found. Randi also says that in 72 hours, the DCFS will have a hearing to decide who gets custody of Punky, and Punky wants it to be Henry. Henry has shed a lot of his grouchiness, and he now loves Punky and would like to have custody of her, but Randi thinks Punky would be better off with someone else. At Fenster Hall, Punky is introduced to her two room mates -- Lisa is a girl who acts tough, and Mary is a girl who never talks. Punky wants to escape from Fenster Hall and go back to Henry's apartment,

Dree Elle comes to Eternia to enlist Orko's help, explaining that an ambitious Trollan wizard called Snoob has defeated Uncle Montork and taken his position as head of the Academy of Magic. Since Montork claims to have felt inexplicably weak when fighting Snoob, they suspect unfair play was used. Orko and Dree Elle go to Trolla, followed by He-Man and Battle Cat, and it soon transpires that Snoob is being controlled by Whiplash, who is trying to learn magic in order to impress Skeletor. It is up to He-Man to stop his scheme, with the help of his Trollan friends!

Season 2, Episode 3
Back in the real world, a boy named Jimmy is pulled under his bed and vanishes. In the world of Dungeons and Dragons, the kids are lost. The Dungeon Master tells them they have to find the City at the Edge of Midnight, where children from this world and the theirs are being held prisoner. They then find an oasis, that's inhabited by a clan of monsters. When the monsters have them surrounded, a traveller by the name of Ramuud comes and saves them. He then leads them away from the cursed oasis to his own encampment. Ramuud then explains that long ago his daughter, Aisha, was kidnapped by the Nightwalker and is being held prisoner at the City at the Edge of Midnight. Wanting to return the favor of saving them from the monsters, the kids offer their help, but Ramuud tells them that it's not nessary. But when Bobby is kidnapped that night, they're forced to enter the City at the Edge of Midnight to fight the dreaded Nightwalker.

After an old Vietnam buddy of Hawke's is shot in the desert when trying to escape a corrupt Sheriff, Hawke gets a call from an inmate who had been in jail with the man to aleart him of the escape, and flies with Dominic in Airwolf to Pope County, Texas, to investigate. There, Hawke meets Highway Patrol Deputy Caitlin O'Shannessy, who had a run in with Sheriff Bogard prior to the killing; but Hawke's appearance on the scene sees him arrested by Bogard and released on a private game reserve, where gun-happy sportsmen pay big money to hunt big game – and Hawke is the latest bait...

They take from the temple an ancient statue, called the Grymalkin. But unknown to them, the Cat People still exist and dwell deep within the temple- and the Grymalkin contains an evil demon imprisoned inside. The Cat People's king sends an agile Catwoman, Kittrina, to recover the statue from the Royal Palace. But at the same time, Skeletor sends his minion Webstor after the statue, and beating Kittrina to it, Webstor takes the statue back to his master, who subsequently frees the demon.....
