A Brush With Comedy is a feature documentary about the connection between comedy and art. The story focuses on five comedians - Jim Moir (Vic Reeves), Spencer Jones, Bec Hill, Simon Munnery and Miriam Elia - as they create artwork over the course of three years, for a group exhibition in central London. The film is written, directed, narrated and partly shot by Jim's son, Louis. Their relationship is explored throughout the plot.
